The nominations for the 2010 Screen Actors Guild Awards have been announced, and three films lead the field with three noms apiece.

Jason Reitman-directed comedy drama Up in the Air scored hits for Best Male Lead for George Clooney, Best Supporting Female for Verga Farmiga and another Best Supporting Female for Anna Kendrick. Quentin Tarantino’s Inglourious Basterds scored both Best Supporting Male and Best Supporting Female nods for Christoph Waltz and Diane Kruger respectively, and also picked up a nomination for Best Ensemble. Joining them in the Ensemble category is the highly regarded Precious: Based on the Novel Push by Sapphire, which also nabbed noms for Best Actress (Gabourey Sidibe) and Best Supporting Female (Mo’nique).

Other talent nominated for an award include Jeff Bridges (Best Male Lead for Crazy Heart), Jeremy Renner (Best Male Lead for The Hurt Locker), Helen Mirren (Best Female Lead for The Last Station), Meryl Streep (Best Female Lead for Julie and Julia) and Penelope Cruz (Best Supporting Female for Nine).
