BAFTA ceremony to be broadcast to 130 countries

This year’s BAFTA awards is set to be to broadcast in over 130 countries after successfully selling the film award ceremony to  across America, Asia, Latin America, Africa and the Middle East.

The British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) awards – which will be hosted by Stephen Fry - will air live on BBC One and BBC America in the US

The winners will be presented at a ceremony scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 10 at the Royal Opera House in Covent Garden in the British capital.

On the night, www.bafta.org will feature red carpet highlights, photography and winners’ interviews, as well as dedicated coverage on its social networks including Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr and Pinterest.

Lincoln leads the pact of nominations for this year’s awards with 10 nominations, including Best Film.
